How far in advance can I book open play?
Open play sessions can be booked up to 2 weeks (14 days) in advance. New dates open on a rolling basis, so check back regularly for the days you’d like.
How far in advance do I need to book a private party?
Private parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance and are confirmed once a deposit is paid. Submit a party inquiry and we’ll help you reserve your date and time.
Can I bring a stroller inside?
Because Little Haven is a cozy play space designed to provide a comfortable experience for all families, stroller space is limited. We kindly encourage guests to leave larger strollers in their vehicle whenever possible. Compact folding strollers are welcome as long as they can be folded and stored out of walkways. During busy periods, we may ask that strollers be parked just outside the studio entrance where they remain easily visible to parents and caregivers.
What time is the last admission?
We kindly encourage families to arrive at least 1 hour before closing to allow plenty of time for play and exploration. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, the last admission is accepted 1 hour before closing. On slower days, if there are no children currently playing and no guests arrive by the last admission time, Little Haven may close earlier than scheduled.
Can I purchase a Sibling Add-On by itself?
No. Sibling Add-On admission must be purchased with a regular Open Play admission and is valid only for immediate siblings from the same family/household attending the same session. It is not valid as a standalone admission.
Can birthday party packages be changed or substituted?
Party packages are offered as listed. No substitutions or modifications can be made to the existing party packages, but available add-ons may be added to your selected package.
Do you offer memberships?
We no longer offer memberships. Instead, we offer Punch Cards — pre-paid visit passes that save you up to 20% per visit. Choose a 5- or 10-visit pass for regular or infant admission, then redeem your code when you book online.
Do I need to book Open Play online?
Online booking is highly recommended so you can reserve your preferred 2-hour session and complete payment before arrival. Walk-ins may be accepted only if space is available.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All parents and guardians entering the play area must complete a waiver before play. We recommend signing online before arrival to help make check-in quick and easy.
Are grip socks required?
Yes. Grip socks are required for all children playing. Adults must wear socks inside the play area.
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
Open Play reservations are prepaid and non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may receive a one-time account credit valid for 6 months. Late cancellations, missed sessions, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
What happens during private parties?
When Little Haven is reserved for a private party, the studio is closed to the public and open only to invited party guests. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram @littlehavenplay for daily open play hours and private party closure updates.
Can sick children come play?
For the safety and comfort of all families, please stay home if your child is sick or has symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, heavy coughing, or other contagious symptoms.
